Please give 24 hours' notice before cancelling your appointment.

Please try to be on time for your appointment; a grace period will be given, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, I cannot guarantee your slot.

It is strongly suggested for the safety of your pet and the groomer to be up to date with all relevant vaccinations.

Please note I charge an extra fee of €15 if fleas are found on your pet. This is to cover the use of a specialised flea shampoo along with the necessary cleaning of my space, as parasites are highly contagious to other pets in my care.

If your pet has behavioral issues for health and safety reasons, I may need to approach the groom differently. If I feel it is manageable behaviour, an extra fee will be applied due to the time and skill needed. In the case that I feel your pet is overly aggressive/ anxious and is not settling, I may need to call you to collect your pet early in the interest of your pet's safety and mine.

In the case of matting, please note that I put the animal's well-being before vanity. As severe matting is too painful to leave be and brush out, your dog may have to be clipped shorter than desired based on the tightness of matts. Extra costs apply due to extra time needed. If pets are severely matted and need to be clipped short, they are at risk of being grazed/nicked by the clippers. They may also have some irritation/friction burn from the clippers.

While I put great care and attention to the safety of your pet, accidents can occur. Excited and nervous pets can move around a lot, and rarely could this lead to small nicks, grazes, quickening of nails, or other conceivable issues. The owner will be alerted, and in the rare case that I believe the situation is critical, immediate attention will be sought out at the nearest veterinary clinic.
